The mission of the Shippensburg Borough Authority is to provide safe and potable water for our customers which is suitable for all intended uses. As stewards of this natural resource, the Shippensburg Borough Authority will act in a manner which is fair and cost effective to our existing customers, while still being responsive to growth in our community.
